Tamimi & Company in Oman is seeking a legal professional with expertise in intellectual property law to advise on trademark, copyright, and brand protection matters. The role includes supporting trademark filings, conducting legal research, and liaising with clients and authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a legal qualification and a strong interest in IP law, with bilingual capabilities in Arabic and English being advantageous.

• Legal qualification with experience or strong interest in intellectual property law.
• Experience with trademarks, brand protection, or IP enforcement preferred.
• Strong drafting, research, and organisational skills.

• Advise on trademark, copyright, brand protection, and IP portfolio matters.
• Support trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement actions.
• Draft and review IP-related agreements, correspondence, and legal advice.
• Conduct legal research on IP laws and regulatory developments in Oman.
