We're Hiring: Investment Associate at Fintler.

Location: Muscat, Oman

Type: Full-time | Hybrid

Fintler is expanding its financial advisory offerings, and we’re looking for a talented Investment Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance foundation, advisory background, and experience in financial modeling and fundraising, ready to support startups and SMEs on their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients throughout the fundraising lifecycle, including pitch deck creation, financial summaries, and investor materials
• Develop and manage financial models (3-statement, valuation models: DCF, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses)
• Support capital structuring, budgeting, and long-term business planning
• Collaborate with investors, banks, accelerators, and founders to align financing strategies
• Conduct investment due diligence and contribute to investment memos and strategic assessments
• Coordinate with Fintler’s internal finance and digital teams to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (mandatory)
• CFA Level 1 cleared or currently in progress
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in investment advisory, financial consulting, or FP&A
• Proficient in Excel (financial modeling, sensitivity tables) and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of capital raising, startup funding, and investment terminology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with the GCC startup/SME ecosystem is an advantage
• International or multicultural exposure is highly valued
