Job summary

Tadafur Consulting and Training LLC seeks an experienced Insurance Takaful Sector SME for a 12-month regulatory assessment project in Oman. The engagement focuses on evaluating regulatory controls, governance, and technology within the GCC insurance market.

The role requires deep expertise in insurance operations technology, Takaful models, and data protection, with Oman/GCC sector experience preferred. This is a contract-based assignment subject to award.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in insurance operations technology or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration, claims processing and underwriting systems.
• Familiarity with Takaful operating models and Sharia governance.
• Understanding of digital insurance, InsurTech, fraud analytics and data protection.
• GCC Oman insurance-sector experience preferred.
