The role involves supporting adherence to engineering and design standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. It includes standardizing equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates. The engineer contributes to technical understanding, legal compliance, and customer requirements, utilizing local and global standards to ensure technical excellence. Responsibilities also include supporting checking processes, peer reviews, and incorporating feedback.
The position requires a fully proficient engineer with comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices within the discipline. Work is guided by established practices and procedures, with periodic reviews by colleagues or workgroups. The engineer relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives amid changing priorities or situations.
Specific experience in automation and control engineering, particularly in brownfield modifications to existing iron ore pelletizing plants, is required.
Candidate must possess a degree in Engineering.
