Instrument Technician vacancy in Khasab Oman

An experienced and skilled Instrument Technician is needed to join our team in Khasab. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating a variety of instruments used in the production and manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills. You must also possess knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments used in the production process
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on instruments to ensure their accuracy and functionality
• Calibrate instruments according to established procedures and standards
• Identify faulty components and replace them as needed
• Document all maintenance activities accurately and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve instrument performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on new technology and techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in Instrumentation preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems quickly and find solutions efficiently

Salary

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
