Job summary

DTEX Systems Inc. is seeking an Insider Threat Analyst to join our security analytics team in Dammam. The role blends independent work with collaboration, delivering timely analyses and customer-ready deliverables to protect client environments.

You will analyze activity data, coordinate with clients on focus areas, deliver reports with metrics, and develop remediation recommendations. Strong communication and UEBA knowledge are valued, along with experience in BI tools and incident response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, operations, or analytics.
• Experience in security related investigations strongly preferred.
• Able to access and analyze data using Excel/Power BI, Tableau, MySQL, PostgreSQL, R, MS SQL, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, Lucene, Kibana, Crystal Reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to management levels.
• UEBA skills and understanding of behavioral baselines and anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify current or potential threat-related events, behaviors, and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to determine areas of focus for investigations.
• Prepare and deliver reports with metrics and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Develop recommendations to address discoveries and promote a secure environment.
• Establish trust with clients by maintaining privacy and objectivity.
• Enhance and update profiles, and develop new use cases for intelligence releases.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customers using the DTEX platform.
• Coordinate with engineering for Tier 3 support and feedback on services.
