Job summary

PulsePoint in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a skilled Indian Waiter to join our hospitality team for a 3-month temporary assignment with potential for permanency based on performance.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain dining area cleanliness while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment. Visa compliance and accommodation are provided.

Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Previous waiter/restaurant experience required.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Must have valid visa to work in Oman; accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve dishes and drinks following service standards.
• Check guest satisfaction during their meal.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist with setting up/breaking down tables and restocking supplies.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Waiter to join our team in Nizwa As a Waiter you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 3 months but there is potential for a permanent role based on performance

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to guests following proper service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on them during their meal
• Handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with setting up and breaking down tables as well as restocking supplies
• Follow all safety sanitation and hygiene procedures

Requirements

• Indian nationality preferred
• Previous experience as a Waiter or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills in English additional language proficiency is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Must have own visa and be able to work legally in Oman
• Accommodation will be provided

Salary The salary for this position is 1600$ per month
