Job summary

GreenHarvest Industries in Muscat, Oman, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our busy Indian restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and ensure exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Indian restaurant management, strong leadership, excellent English, and knowledge of Indian cuisine. We offer visa sponsorship, round-trip airfare, accommodation allowance, and a competitive monthly salary starting at 1300

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership to manage a diverse team.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural practices.
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid passport for international travel.
