Job summary

Alhind Tours And Travels is seeking an HVAC Supervisor/Foreman to oversee installation and maintenance projects in Oman. The role requires planning, coordinating with project managers, and leading a team of technicians to meet deadlines while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Certificate in Airconditioning and Refrigeration and 5–10 years of hands-on experience with common chillers and systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in air conditioning and refrigeration.
• 5–10 years hands-on experience with chillers from brands such as York, Trane, Petra, Zamil, Carrier.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate HVAC technicians and apprentices.
• Assign tasks based on team members' skills and experience.
• Provide training to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.

• Strong background in HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package/split
• Ability to

• ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget
• plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation and maintenance projects
• to coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• to monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• to lead, mentor, and motivate HVAC technicians and apprentices.
• to assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
• to provide training and guidance to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
