Job description

System Development: Participate in the formulation and updates of the company's environmental management systems and inspection standards. Thoroughly understand local environmental regulations, company management systems, and inspection requirements. Promptly obtain feedback on the execution effectiveness and changes in the field, and propose improvements to the system and checklists.

Territorial Inspection and Communication: Responsible for the comprehensive supervision of safety and environmental protection within the assigned territory. Conduct daily audits according to the department's audit plan, urge the territorial departments to formulate effective rectification and preventive measures, and ensure timely acceptance and closure. Promote continuous improvement of compliance rates in territorial departments through discussions and communication, and monitor the effective operation of environmental protection facilities and the emission of pollutants.

External Coordination: Undertake the requirements of superiors, ensure the effective implementation of external work requirements within the assigned territory, and carry out compliance tasks such as regular inspections in a timely manner. Responsible for the preparation and reception of environmental inspections within the assigned territory, and assist other territories with external inspection reception work.

System Management: Assist in the establishment and effective operation of the ISO14001 system, as well as the reception of external audits. Participate in ISO45001 and ISO9001 system work.

Minor Responsibilities

Internal administrative work within the department.

Participate in the investigation of environmental and safety anomalies within the assigned territory, analyze the causes, participate in the formulation of rectification and preventive measures, and follow up on closure.

Other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, with preference given to those with majors in environmental protection or safety.

More than 1 year of working experience in a similar position. (Working experience may not be required for Assistant Engineer)

Proficient in office software, with good communication skills and strong learning ability.
