Job Title: HR Specialist

Vacancy: 1

Job Description
  1. On-boarding: Manage the entire onboarding process, including employment contracts, system setups, induction sessions, and documentation collection.
  2. Off-boarding: Manage employee separation processes, including clearance, final settlements, and off-boarding documentation.
  3. Immigration Services: Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations and labor laws.
  4. Payroll Coordination: Support monthly payroll processing by gathering and verifying attendance data, overtime, deductions, and ensuring accurate reporting to the finance team.
  5. Employee Records: Maintain and update personnel files and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  6. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  8. Reporting: Prepare monthly HR Operations Metrics.
  9. Other HR Operations: Assist in benefits administration, internal audits, HR projects, and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR operations role.
  • Certification in HR is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations processes, local labor laws, and immigration procedures.
  • Experience with payroll processes and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Professional use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in the telecom and ISP industries are preferred.
