Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to housekeeping services.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to the relevant department.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory.
