Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.

• Know and strictly follow established cleaning procedures for guest rooms.
• Set-up the work trolley/baskets according to standards.
• Carry out room and related housekeeping tasks per established procedures (e.g., uniform/linen handling).
• Know and follow procedures for uniform/linen exchange and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of Public Areas and Public Toilets to standard.
• Report incidents, accidents and guest complaints promptly.
• Operate housekeeping machinery and chemicals per standards.

Set-up the work trolley / caddy baskets / Tricycle/ buggy etc.. according to the standards

Know and follow procedures for Uniform/Linen exchange

Methodically organize Uniform and Linen storage

Be involved in the Uniform and Linen Inventory

Deliver guest room linen to the pantry

Mend and maintain the employees' uniforms in good order.

Ensure any damage that may occur to any linen or uniform is followed up quickly

Ensure that the sewing machines and other equipment are in a good working condition, and to report to the Supervisor for any repair requirements.

Public Area

Know and strictly follow all established cleaning procedures for:

• Polishing
• Mopping
• Shampooing
• Dusting
• Washing
• Deep cleaning

Complete Room/Public Area Crew work assignment sheet

Know how to operate/use available Housekeeping machinery’s and chemicals according to established standard

Ensure the cleanliness of Public Area and Public Toilet are in standard.
