Job summary

Nahdi in Al Buraymi Governorate seeks a dedicated individual to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers. This role emphasizes accuracy in order preparation and adherence to safety instructions.

The candidate will ensure that items are properly secured during delivery and assist with vehicle maintenance, including cleanliness and operational checks. The position involves 6 working days and 1 day off, with shifts scheduled from 9 AM to 4 AM.

• Support and double-check order preparations for accuracy.
• Return undelivered items to the pharmacy responsibly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness.

Job description

This role main purpose is to ensure timely delivery of products to customers in line with the governmental regulations and the safety instructions.

Accountabilities

Captain(s) Responding

Deliver the requested items to the customer in timely manner and collect the payment as per the invoice communicated from the pharmacist.

Captain(s) Readiness

Support & Double check orders preparation “Correct item and items number through the collaboration with the pharmacist and transferring the order from stores to the cars to ensure orders accuracy and customers’ satisfaction level are achieved.

Ensure that items are properly stacked and secured inside the vehicle as per the operations instructions in order to prevent any damage.

Return the undelivered items to the pharmacy (returns, damages items, undesired from customers….etc.).

Park the vehicle by the pharmacy in the agreed spot after delivering all the orders to ensure the vehicle security.

Clean the vehicle and check the water, oil levels, mechanic devices….etc to ensure the car readiness and tidiness.

Drive the vehicle in line with the governmental regulations in order to avoid any penalties.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
