Job summary

GSK is seeking an Oncology Account Manager in Saudi Arabia to drive the new Haematology portfolio, engaging with HCPs and ensuring timely product availability for cancer patients. You will lead formulary enlisting and access initiatives within key accounts while delivering yearly sales targets.

You will work with the Oncology cross‑functional team to implement commercial strategies and deliver end‑to‑end, solutions‑driven account management in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Saudi National
• Pharmacy degree with 2+ years in pharma
• Saudi Commission for Health Specialist card (SCFHS) required
• Oncology/Hematology experience preferred for external candidates
• Internal candidates must have top performance records

Responsibilities

• Launch the Hematology portfolio in the defined territory.
• Establish relationships with KEEs, healthcare institutions, and oncology societies.
• Deliver sales targets and LEAD KPIs for the territory.
• Provide solutions as a trusted advisor to HCPs and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with tender, market access, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with GSK codes, policies and legal requirements.
