Job summary

Gu-recruitment is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to operate and maintain large vehicles safely and efficiently in Muscat, Oman. You will adhere to maintenance schedules, perform routine checks, and assist with loading or unloading as required.

The role requires a valid heavy vehicle license, prior experience with large vehicles, and knowledge of maintenance schedules. Extra licenses for heavy equipment are a plus, and safety is paramount.

Qualifications

• Valid heavy vehicle driving license.
• Prior experience driving large vehicles in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Preferably holds additional licenses for heavy equipment (Shovel, JCB, Crane).
• Preferably under 30 years of age.
• Strong attention to safety and adherence to operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy vehicles of different sizes safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance checks, including fuel and oil changes.
• Assist with loading/unloading and basic handling of heavy equipment when required.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies while driving and operating equipment.
