The Head of Marketing shapes and executes ESBAAR's marketing strategy to elevate its brand, drive demand generation, and support commercial growth across global markets. The role involves leading a team, defining positioning, managing campaigns, and tying marketing KPIs to pipeline and revenue.
Ensure the effective achievement of marketing objectives through department leadership, setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing feedback and appraisals to maximize performance. Develop a 6-12 month marketing strategy aligned with ESBAAR's business objectives in Drone Technologies, AI Solutions, IIoT Services, and Digital Transformation Solutions. Lead a multidisciplinary team overseeing content, digital marketing, events, and PR.
Implement marketing plans to optimize profitability and growth based on market analysis, projections, and tariff considerations. Own the marketing budget, forecast expenditures, and measure returns.
Plan and manage offline events, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars. Oversee online presence, including website, SEO/SEM, and performance metrics. Drive thought leadership through white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, newsletters, and webinars. Manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and industry forums. Define ESBAAR's value proposition and build compelling brand narratives for key segments, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing policies, systems, processes, and controls to ensure activities are aligned with industry standards. Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies to guarantee employee safety and high-quality service delivery.
