# Head of Field Sales - Muscat

Location:
Muscat, OM

"You will join our Muscat-based multifunctional team and work closely with cross-functional departments to shape and execute our Field Sales strategy. This role offers the chance to lead a large, high-impact team that contributes to 40% of our business in Oman. You'll be instrumental in driving commercial excellence by rolling out strategic initiatives, optimizing the Route to Market, and developing the skills and capabilities of your team," says Maartje Zegers, Head of Sales.

How you will make an impact

You will lead the Field Sales Team, responsible for the execution in Traditional Trade. You will work closely with other departments (e.g., Category Development, Supply Chain, Finance) and your team of Supervisors and Frontline staff to ensure optimal market execution, route to market, and to meet our Targets. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for delivering results and developing people.

Competencies we are looking for:

  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • In-depth understanding of sales markets and trends, with the ability to analyze and apply this knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and close deals.

This will be a Full-time role, reporting to the Head of Retail Sales.
