Job description

Overview:

A leadership role at a fast-growing insurance brokerage focused on group medical and motor fleet insurance. Responsible for B2B growth, team management, underwriting oversight, and client-focused insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage the corporate insurance division.
  • Align team performance with strategic business goals.
  • Represent division in executive discussions.

Business Development

  • Drive sales growth in group medical and motor fleet insurance.
  • Manage B2B sales cycles including RFQs and proposals.
  • Build relationships with corporate decision-makers (HR, Finance, Procurement).

Technical & Operations

  • Oversee underwriting and pricing strategies.
  • Customize insurance solutions based on client risk profiles.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor claims/client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Insurance, or Risk Management.
  • CII or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.

Experience

  • 3–5 years in corporate insurance, especially medical and fleet.
  • Experience managing large corporate accounts.
  • Background in brokerage or insurer roles.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication.
  • High initiative, client orientation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English preferred.
