We are seeking a dedicated Head Compensation & Organization Design to join the Group HR Team to be part of our success.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Development and Implement Compensation, Organization Design and HR IT strategies and frameworks aligned with the MB Group vision and mission.
  • Develop and Implement Compensation, Organization design, and HR IT Road maps and KPIs to make sure the MB Group compensation, Organization design, and HR IT practices are up to date and competitive in the related market.
  • Collaborate with group companies to understand their business growth plans, challenges to design organization structures which meet their business needs.
  • Lead the group HR Information on, reporting, Realtime accurate robust data, dashboards and MIR to facilitate in decision making. Advocate and develop and maintain fit-for-purpose guidelines to manage and effectively control organizational data with the theme of “Goal Zero”, zero missing data.
  • Lead and Implement change initiatives in the organization to foster and build a system of continuous improvement in Compensation, OD and HR IT.
  • Establish long-term awards, retention plans, stock plans and employee equity share for MB LLC group companies and wider MB Group to support business growth, retain key employees and create sense of ownership. As per business requirements.
  • Lead the periodic market salary surveys benchmarks and use the outcome of the survey to benchmark MB Group companies and recommend changes, which include merit and variable pay recommendations and implementations.
  • Supervise and direct MB LLC payroll and ensure proper and effective running and controls are in place. Monitor group payroll operations to make sure there are proper controls.
  • Develop and Implement Group JD and JE guidelines, process and tool, and lead the corporate JE panels and ensure robust results produced are always in line with the procedures.
  • Facilitate, group HR related projects and HR IT Projects to ensure they have project team leaders implemented and stakeholders are updated frequently.
  • Guide, a wider team of MB Group for matters related to Compensation and OD.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources/finance or business.
  • Preferably with certification from professional bodies like CIPD/SHRM/ World.
  • 12 years of experience in senior HR out of which at least 5 years in a managerial compensation and benefits role.
  • Experience in a global organization is preferred to be able to perform the role effectively.
  • Strong numerical analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written (power point).
  • Excellent computer skills (excel, word & power point are mandatory).
