Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage security/loss prevention operations and staff to protect guests and assets.
• Administer fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments and OSHA audits.
• Develop detailed shutdown procedures to secure all areas.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety regulations.
• Oversee CCTV, alarm systems, and key control processes.
• Lead investigations for guest and employee incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; promote guest satisfaction.
