Job summary

PPOAR in Salalah, Oman invites an Indian Concierge to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, provide information on local attractions, and arrange reservations to ensure a memorable stay.

Strong English communication is required; Indian nationality preferred. High school diploma required; hospitality or tourism background is a plus. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages a plus.
• Experience as concierge or in a similar role is welcome but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/tourism degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Make reservations and bookings for guests as requested.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Arrange transportation services for guests as needed.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked reception area.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests at all times.
