Job summary

Nama Holding seeks a senior financial leader to drive strategy and execution across NH and its subsidiaries. The role will supervise the finance function, shape financial policy, and oversee corporate-level initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and robust risk management.

Responsibilities include directing all financial management activities, enforcing policies, and guiding the Business Innovation Operation to sustain growth and compliance across the group.

• Ensure strategic alignment, achieve departmental objectives, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance.

Job description

To contribute to NH strategy formulation and to lead finance strategy implementation across NH and

the subsidiaries. Provide team leadership to the finance department, direct all financial management

activities, reinforce financial policies and procedures, and manage the Business Innovation Operation

on the corporate level, in order to ensure strategic alignment, achievement of departmental objectives

and performance standards, risk mitigation, and compliance with policies and procedures across NH

and its subsidiaries.
