Job summary

2P – Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced Governance Specialist to lead development and ongoing enhancement of the Corporate Governance Framework. You will define policies, authorities, and governance practices ensuring alignment with regulations and best practices across ICT and technology services.

The role requires 3–5 years in Governance, GRC or policy management within ICT or IT services. Collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Cybersecurity, Finance and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, Finance, IT or related field.
• Experience with corporate governance, policy management and DoA processes.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks and regulatory environments, especially in ICT.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Governance Specialist with a strong background in ICT, technology, digital transformation, or IT services organizations.

The role will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Corporate Governance Framework, ensuring policies, procedures, authorities, and governance practices are clearly defined, effectively implemented, and aligned with applicable regulations and leading practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain corporate governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure governance practices are aligned with applicable Saudi regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and governance matrices.
• Review organizational policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and clear accountability.
• Monitor the implementation of governance requirements across departments and business units.
• Identify governance gaps and recommend corrective and improvement actions.
• Support governance assessments, maturity reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor governance KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Maintain governance documentation, registers, policies, and approval records.
• Provide governance advisory support to business units and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Cybersecurity, Finance, and IT functions on governance-related matters.
• Support the governance of key organizational initiatives, committees, and decision-making processes.
• Promote governance awareness and contribute to building a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and compliance.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and emerging governance practices relevant to the ICT and technology sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Governance, GRC, Compliance, Policy Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience within an ICT, technology, digital transformation, or IT services company is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Corporate Governance principles, policies, procedures, and Delegation of Authority (DoA).
• Experience in policy development, review, and governance documentation.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and governance best practices.
• Good understanding of the Saudi regulatory and business environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical departments.

• ISO 37000 – Governance of Organizations
• CGRC or equivalent GRC certification
• Other relevant Governance, Risk, or Compliance certifications are an advantage.
