We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and driving business growth through innovative service offerings and marketing strategies. As a Spa Manager, you will lead a team of therapists, receptionists, and support staff to deliver a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance, as well as creating schedules and managing payroll. Your role will also include managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and special packages to attract new clients and retain existing ones. An understanding of current wellness trends and the ability to implement new services based on client demand is essential. You will also be responsible for handling customer feedback and resolving any issues to ensure client satisfaction. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for wellness and customer service.
