As a Spa Manager, you will lead a team of therapists, receptionists, and support staff to deliver a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance, as well as creating schedules and managing payroll. Your role will also include managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
