Functional Expertise

The incumbent will be responsible for providing clients with high-quality manicures/pedicures and nail treatments.

• Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.
• Providing quality hand and feet treatments.
• Offering nail care treatment tips (e.g., how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures/pedicures last longer).
• Up-selling treatments and beauty products when appropriate.
• Delivering the ultimate beauty experience to every guest, at all times, by providing nail-care services that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications And Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), Certification in Nails.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Nail Extension and preferably with Trainer background.
• Expert in delivering consistent and professional application of nail Gel extension and nail acrylic.
• Good patience and steady hands are essential.
• Must be able to provide impeccable nail polish application (Classic/French/Gel Polish).
• Detail-oriented, highly technical, and meticulous, requiring a high level of accuracy.
• Must be expert in cuticle work, shaping, and foot rasping/foot spa.
• Must be artistic and have excellent eyesight.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with competing priorities.
• Knowledgeable in the latest techniques and market trends.
• Possess excellent communication skills for a demanding and customer-focused working environment.
• Possess the willingness to learn, improve, and adapt.
• Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule (shift basis/weekends and public holidays).
