The responsibilities of a Practitioner include the following:

1. Perform Laser Hair Removal, Electroepilation, Diamond Micro Dermabrasion, Slimming, Mesotherapy, and other general Treatments and services which may be offered to all clients, regardless of race, nationality, gender or religion.
2. Perform other Treatments and services related to the Practitioner’s field of expertise/emphasis and which may be offered to all clients, regardless of race, nationality, gender or religion.
3. Abide by and comply with the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for all Treatments/services.
4. Be and stay well informed of all features and benefits of all Treatments and services which may be offered.
5. Actively promote and sell to clients all Treatments, Packages, other services, and Products which may be offered.
6. Perform up-selling and cross-selling of Products, Treatments, and Packages within the Practitioner’s scope of expertise/emphasis.
7. Maintain and update client files accurately and in accordance with an efficient system.
8. Perform opening and closing duties.
9. Perform other duties which may from time to time be assigned to the Practitioner by the Branch Manager.
10. Temporarily transfer to other centers if requested to do so by the Branch Manager.
11. Manage, organize, and update relevant data.
12. Immediately report any concern/setback/complaint from clients to the Branch Manager, or to the Assistant Branch Manager if the Branch Manager is not available.
