Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Front Office Department Head to oversee Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and the Gift Shop as applicable. You will direct staff, ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, and strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the department's financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs front office operations across Bell Staff, Switchboard, Guest Services/Front Desk and Gift Shop.
• Drives guest satisfaction and financial performance of the department.
• Manages day‑to‑day operations and ensures coverage of all front office roles.
• Sets performance expectations and monitors progress with team members.
• Communicates goals clearly and conducts regular department meetings.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.
