Job Description

As an F&B Supervisor at Six Senses, I will fully understand and embody the brand's vision to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the F&B department during shifts, including reviewing bookings and planning accordingly.
  • Ensure the F&B area is thoroughly checked, clean, well-equipped, and maintained to high standards before opening to guests.
  • Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and comments professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and providing feedback to the F&B team.
  • Supervise the F&B team to ensure excellent service.
  • Work with empathy and a guest-centric attitude.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared before service hours.
  • Maintain good knowledge of all outlet menus, including food and wine, and daily F&B activities.
  • Be familiar with outlet opening hours and menu pricing, and suggest upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Uphold Six Senses standards of service and operation, exceeding performance benchmarks.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications

To qualify for the F&B Supervisor role, candidates should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. A hospitality diploma/degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required locally.
