The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, or in-room dining outlets. The role ensures smooth service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and supports staff performance, training, and coordination under the guidance of F&B leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily F&B service operations to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and support service staff during shifts, ensuring they follow hotel standards and procedures.
  • Monitor service flow, table setup, cleanliness, and presentation in all assigned F&B areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth food and beverage delivery.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (including HACCP).
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and managing shift coverage as needed.
  • Monitor inventory, manage requisitions, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
  • Support the implementation of promotions, theme nights, and upselling strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to daily sales, service issues, and staff performance.
  • Uphold grooming standards, conduct pre-shift briefings, and encourage a positive team environment.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Good knowledge of food & beverage service procedures, wine and cocktail basics, and POS systems.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
