FamilyFirst Qatar in Muscat is seeking a creative Floral Designer to craft stunning arrangements for weddings, corporate events and other celebrations. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision, select flowers, greenery and accessories, and arrange designs that convey style and freshness.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, artistic flair, stamina to stand long hours, and the ability to work under pressure.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team in Muscat Our company specializes in providing stunning floral arrangements for various events and occasions As a Floral Designer you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful displays that will enhance the overall atmosphere of our clients events

Responsibilities

• Design and create unique floral arrangements for weddings corporate events and other occasions
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences
• Select the appropriate flowers greenery and accessories to create the desired look
• Arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner while ensuring freshness and longevity
• Create sample arrangements for clients approval
• Manage inventory of flowers and supplies ensuring an adequate stock at all times
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements

• Indian national preferred
• Previous experience as a Floral Designer or related role is not required but considered a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Creativity and artistic flair with a passion for floral design
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift heavy objects if needed
• Knowledge of different types of flowers their care and handling techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Valid own visa in Oman
