Job summary

DashDevs is seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of Fintech software delivery experience to join multiple concurrent projects. You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle, coordinate with the Delivery Manager, and ensure value delivery across client engagements.

Expect strong focus on process setup, risk control, and timely releases. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, prioritizing tasks, aligning scope, and maintaining proactive communication to drive successful project outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in Fintech software projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to set up processes and guide teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
• Accurate scope management and risk handling.
• Experience planning and managing releases.
• Strong communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Delivery: manage full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: main contact for clients and relationships.
• Change & Scope Management: document scope changes and coordinate approvals.
• Financial & Margin Management: monitor budgets and profitability.
• Risk Management: identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Integration & Process Management: coordinate across engineering, QA, BA, product.
• Release Management: plan and coordinate releases with dependencies and timelines.
• Team Collaboration & Resource Planning: coordinate onboarding and capacity planning.
• Continuous Improvement: improve delivery processes and transparency.
