Department OverviewFinance support for the project
Job Description

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner


- Verify billing data, including pricing, quantities, and contract terms


- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards


- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments


- Process credit memos, refunds, and adjustments as needed


- Run and update bill of material databases


- Collection assurance. Drive meetings with the customers,


- Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws


- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices and payments


- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve billing issues



Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar


- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills


- Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar


- Practical experience with accounting software, spreadsheets (such as MS Excel),


- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes


- A solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts


- Works well in a team environment and with upper management


- High level of critical thinking and logical analysis


- Good organizational and time management skills


- Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines


- Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
