Job Description

  • Responsible for working under the main chef and cooking for the family, comprising 5 members, and catering for guests as needed.
  • Prepare a wide range of meals with professionalism, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and during events, 6 days a week.
  • Create clean, tasty international and healthy dishes.
  • Develop recipes according to family and guest preferences, dietary needs, restrictions, and product specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen housekeeping, proper storage of ingredients, labelling with expiry dates, and following FIFO principles.
  • Use fresh ingredients; avoid canned or ready-made ingredients.
  • Supervise dish quality and ensure meals are served professionally and appealingly.
  • Manage kitchen groceries and order supplies within set limits, avoiding excess and wastage.
  • Consult with clients to understand meal preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
  • Ensure safety and hygiene standards meet international levels and enforce compliance among kitchen staff.
  • Assist the main chef and follow instructions diligently.
