Job description

As a Female Club Manager, responsible for its overall operation, success, and member satisfaction. You will lead by example, cultivating a positive and empowering environment for both members and staff. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a genuine passion for fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily club operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of fitness professionals, including trainers, instructors, and front-desk staff.
Drive membership sales, retention, and engagement through innovative programs and exceptional member experiences.
Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new members and enhance brand visibility.
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
Organize and promote events, workshops, and wellness programs tailored to our female clientele.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of club operations, sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.
Passionate about health, fitness, and empowering women through wellness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
