Job Summary

The waiter responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and meets the standards of the establishment. He will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards.
  • Ensure guests' satisfaction by checking on them during meals and handling any complaints professionally.
  • Set up and clean tables, ensuring the dining area is tidy at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation and closing of the restaurant including restocking, cleaning, and organizing.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene procedures as per company standards.
  • Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team for seamless service delivery.
  • Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.
  • Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

    • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
