Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue seeks an accomplished Food & Beverage leader to drive luxury hotel standards and guest experience. The role focuses on team development, budgeting, and ensuring premium service across F&B outlets.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while upholding brand values and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and Finance

• Prepare the annual business plan for all F&B outlets.

• Conduct regular brief, concise, well prepared departmental meetings and ensure follow-up.

Technical Expertise

• Plan and recommend replacement of FF&E and OE in accordance with needs and available budget.
• Attain the highest banquet yield achievable.
• Ensure the correct implementation of all cash-handling procedures in the departments under your supervision.
• Ensure banquet, buffet set-up and banquet function themes are creative and in accordance with the hotel’s image.
• Constantly seek to profit engineer by monitoring cost of sales and implementing revenues-increasing products/programs activities.
• Work together with Marketing Communications to achieve high impact exposure of the hotel’s F&B facilities in the market.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale hospitality environments.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards and Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of increasing F&B sales and profitability.
• Proficiency in F&B management systems, POS systems, and other relevant hospitality software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly presentable, professional, and guest-focused.
• Outgoing and energetic personality with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
