Job summary

Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah in Oman is seeking a warm, professional Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. You will welcome guests, set up dining spaces, take orders, and ensure flawless service aligned with hotel standards.

The role requires good English, a guest-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior F&B or hospitality experience is preferred, with a strong eye for hygiene and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Set up tables, service areas and buffet stations according to hotel standards.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, beverages and current promotions.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented and served according to required standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly while keeping the dining area clean and organized.
• Respond professionally to guest requests, questions and feedback.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene, grooming, cleanliness and food-safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Support fellow colleagues and other F&B outlets during busy periods.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

Set up tables, service areas and buffet stations according to hotel standards

What do we need from you?
