Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Aircraft Painter in Thumrait, Oman. The role involves surface preparation, treatment, and painting of aircraft components with a focus on precision and adherence to military specifications.

Candidates must have a High School diploma and at least three years of experience as a paint technician, including knowledge about FMS-2026 F-16 Have Glass painting procedures. Health and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ proven experience as a paint technician.
• FMS-2026 F-16 Have Glass paint application experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation, treatment, and painting of aircraft.
• Apply paint, lacquer, epoxy using various tools.
• Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted.
