Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a professional setting.
• Ability to read recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
• Strong time management and good physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.
• Decorate cakes and pastries as required.
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work area, equipment and tools.
• Ensure all baked goods are properly labeled and stored.
