Job summary

Titan Manufacturing seeks a Manufacturing Director to lead our Salalah-based operations with full on-site responsibility in Oman. You will drive plant throughput, safety, and end-to-end production performance, reporting to senior stakeholders. The role requires a proven executive with 10+ years in large-scale manufacturing, strong ERP know-how, and a track record in Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Oman residency preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years in industrial plant management or executive manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in leading large-scale operations in heavy industry or manufacturing plants.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, plant safety standards, maintenance frameworks, and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily plant operations, heavy machinery workflows, and production scheduling to maximize throughput while maintaining quality.
• Oversee the facility's annual operational budget and procurement pipelines, optimizing costs.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to reduce downtime and modernize equipment maintenance.
• Enforce compliance with environmental regulations, workplace safety guidelines, and labor laws across all shifts.
• Coordinate with regional freight networks and port authorities to secure inbound materials and outbound distribution.
