Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Leader responsible for the overall success of daily kitchen operations across all food prep areas. You will personally perform tasks while leading staff, ensure high-quality products, and drive guest and employee satisfaction.

You will guide and develop staff, enforce sanitation and food standards, and manage purchasing, receiving, and related operations to support excellent culinary delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in culinary/food & beverage.
