Sous Chef
Location: Muscat, Oman


We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is produced. This includes overseeing food preparation, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting. This is an urgent role with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship. English speaking candidates from any nationality are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and creation
- Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food production
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional guest experience

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
