Indian Executive Chef in Al Buraymi


We are hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Al Buraymi. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, creating and developing new dishes, and ensuring high-quality food standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Create new menus and recipes that showcase Indian cuisine with a modern twist
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure the use of fresh ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed by the kitchen staff at all times
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create promotional events or special menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine with a creative flair for modern interpretation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Understanding of food costing, inventory management, and health & safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience working with international cuisine
- Knowledge of Arabic cuisine is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
