Job summary

Path Providerz in Oman seeks a seasoned banking and treasury professional responsible for managing BGs, LCs, and related instruments, reviewing facility offers, and liaising with banks. The role emphasizes liquidity, risk management, and compliant documentation.

The candidate will monitor cash flow, intercompany transfers, and forex activities, ensuring accurate SAP-based records and cross-department collaboration with Projects, Commercial, and Accounts. 5+ years of treasury exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree with 5+ years of experience in financial and banking functions.
• Exposure to corporate treasury operations and working capital management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all banking activities including issuance, renewal, and closure of BGs, LCs, and related instruments.
• Review banking facility offer letters, loan documentation, and agreements to ensure alignment with company requirements.
• Liaise with banks for various financial transactions, credit facilities, and forex dealings.
• Coordinate with internal divisions such as Projects, Commercial, and Accounts for banking and finance-related matters.
• Monitor fund utilization, cash flow, and intercompany transfers in line with approved limits.
• Oversee forex transactions and ensure effective management of currency exposure.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports through SAP and ensure timely postings and reconciliations.
• Operate and manage all banking transactions through online bank portals.
• Support internal and external audits with required financial documentation.
• Provide periodic MIS reports and analysis to management for financial planning and decision-making.
