Job summary

Idaratech is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead major initiatives across its enterprise suite and shape the long-term roadmap. You will own direction for core modules like HR and ERP, from discovery to delivery, working with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions.

You will mentor junior PMs and leverage data-driven insights to balance customer demands with business goals, tracking KPIs such as adoption and revenue impact across modules.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management experience in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial systems (GL, invoicing, payroll integration).
• Experience working in a software house / software development company.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical background with advanced tools knowledge (SQL, BI tools).
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.

• Own the product direction for one or more core enterprise modules — HR, ERP (CRM, Project Management, Supply Chain Management), and Accounting/Finance — from discovery through delivery.
• Drive discovery workshops with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client-facing teams) to translate business and client needs into clear PRDs and user stories.
• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand complex operational workflows and turn them into practical, scalable product solutions.
• Mentor junior PMs and support their career growth.
• Use data-driven decision-making to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Own KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact across assigned modules.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in product management, ideally in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proven hands-on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms — is required.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial systems (e.g., general ledger, invoicing, payroll integration) and how they connect to broader ERP workflows.
• Prior experience working in a software house / software development company is a must — comfortable operating in a delivery-driven environment with multiple concurrent products and client commitments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical background with advanced tools knowledge (SQL, BI tools).
