Job summary

FRESME is looking for a candidate in Al Buraymi Governorate, Oman, to lead ERP implementation projects for Tadbir. This role includes overseeing data migration and conducting both onsite and remote training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in ERP systems, strong project management skills, and fluency in Arabic. Travel across Saudi Arabia may be required for the role.

Job description

You'll be the person who transforms a new Tadbir customer into a confident, fully-operational user. Working onsite and remotely, you'll lead data migration, system configuration, staff training, and go-live support across a wide range of Saudi industries.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects (discovery, config, migration, training, go-live)
• Configure Tadbir modules to match each client's business workflows
• Migrate data from legacy systems, Excel sheets, and older ERP platforms
• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for end users and managers
• Document custom configurations and handover to the support team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years implementing ERP, accounting, or POS systems
• Strong project management skills — ability to run 3+ simultaneous projects
• Excellent presentation and training facilitation skills
• Arabic fluency (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Saudi Arabia

Nice to have

• Experience with ZATCA e-invoicing setup
• Background in accounting or finance
• Previous experience with Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms
