• Leading architecture review boards and technical oversight on major initiatives.
• Evaluating new technologies for housing finance operations impact.
• Designing integration strategies with core banking, loan origination, and third-party services.
• Developing data architecture frameworks for analytics, reporting, and regulatory needs.
• Ensuring system performance, availability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Supporting regulatory audits and compliance.
• Collaborating with business units, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Mentoring technical staff and communicating complex technical topics in understandable terms.
