Job summary

Worley Parsons is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multi-discipline teams on refinery and petrochemical projects in Oman. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget, and provide strategic technical leadership.

The role requires 15+ years of engineering experience, with 10+ years on refinery/petrochemical projects, and proven leadership as Engineering Manager or Lead. Chartered Engineer is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience.
• Minimum 10 years' experience on refinery and petrochemical projects.
• Proven experience as Engineering Manager, Project Engineering Manager or Engineering Lead on major refinery and petrochemical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, EPCM and EPC projects.
• Manage engineering scope, schedule, budget, resources and technical quality.
• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines, licensors, vendors, customers and execution centers.
• Lead design reviews, technical assurance, risk management and change management activities.
• Support project delivery, customer engagement and business development activities.
