Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years nursing experience, including 3 in emergency care.
• 3 years international diploma or bachelor degree in nursing.
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse and BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the assigned unit's nursing practices.
• Participate in the development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Pursue high staff engagement.
• Achieve and sustain high quality of care and patient safety.
• Support the empowerment of nurses through the enculturation of the JHAH nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Perform advanced nursing care services including managing complex cases and mentoring junior nurses.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide support during critical decision-making and implement improvements as they are identified.
